Simplicity

I become free from all the trappings and supports of false pride. I keep it simple. To stay free...to stay close to what is real. Unencumbered, I remain free as a master.

Dignity

I treat others as I would want to be treated. By taking time to reflect on my highest principles before I act and make decisions, I maintain my dignity and am held in high esteem by others.

Teamwork - true definition of co-operation

Cooperation is based on faith, love and trust. It is a power that comes when there is love for both the task and the special part each plays in bringing it to completion. Real cooperation takes place when there are good wishes and pure feelings for each other.

leaving the obstacle behind

Life will bring obstacles and difficulties. They do not come to stop you. They can strengthen you and help you progress with more experience. Keep advancing. One day is not the same as another. Sometimes you do not have to find a solution, it is enough to keep moving forward, leaving the obstacle behind.

Generosity

If I limit the Love I give to just one or two, it will eventually go stale. If I learn to create love inside my heart and silently give it to everyone I meet, love will grace every corner of my life.

Tolerance

Tolerance means I am as strong as a tree. I may sway and be flexible and be flexible in a storm, but I do not allow myself to react, neither do I take things personally.

The Past

The most powerful anchor on our potential to soar high in life is the past. The past contains the dead weight of experience, learned beliefs and all our mistakes. Life cannot truly begin until we are able to say goodbye to the legacies of yesterday at will. Like a filing cabinet, the past is a resource of information for learning, but it is not a place to live. How often will you/did you live in the past today? Saying farewell to yesterday, last month and last year is the sign of a person who wants to live for today and is truly alive to all the possibilities of 'the moment', while fully aware that all they think, say and do right now, creates tomorrow.

Coolness

Maintaining a state of inner calmness protects me from becoming a slave to my emotions. It also helps me to keep a cool head when I see others becoming heated and angry. Coolness is not being distant or uncaring. Rather it requires that I develop the deeply caring nature of a peacemaker and serve others in the best way possible.

Worry

No matter how hard one worries about a problem, there can be no solution found. When the mind is free from worry, it is able to be calm. Then there will be no struggle but very naturally the right decision is made, which would be for the benefit of the self and that of others too. On the contrary, a mind that is worried would make decisions that are harmful, even after a lot of thinking and rethinking.

Care

I express my care and concern by responding to situations with a cool head and to people with a warm heart. If I remain aware that as fellow human beings we are all part of one family, and that even the smallest of gestures can make a difference to people’s lives, I am always blessed with a caring heart. It takes so little to show that I care yet it can mean so much.
